Report Catalog - Members Dropped

Report Overview

This report shows you information pertaining to members who dropped within a date range that you specify.


Among many other uses, this report can be used to measure membership turnover.

How to Run

From the File Menu, choose Reports > Member Reports > Members Dropped
Upon running the report, it will prompt you for the following parameter(s):
  • BeginDate (BeginDate) - Enter a start date to find member drope activity in.
  • EndDate (EndDate) - Enter a start date to find member drop activity in.

  • How can I get this report to pick up the Annual Dues Lost number? When I run the report as directed, I fine some dropped members dues is displayed on the report, while others have this field empty.

  • Patti, you have to have a billing record for each member, even if they are dropped, and just mark it as inactive billing. That way, it will show up.

    However, we have another question on this report. We have two memberships in our Association. The report picks up one membership, but not both, no matter that we have both billing records present, just marked inactive. Any way to correct this?
