Benefits

This report will keep you informed of all basic committee rosters as meetings progress.

How to Run

From the File Menu, choose Reports > Committee Reports > Committee Roster
Upon running the report, it will prompt you for the following parameter(s):

  • Is there a way to pull non-active former committee member information?

  • Hi Allison! There isn't a standard report that pulls this information, so the easiest way to pull the list is probably in the Committee Members tab.  You can go to Committees > Select Committees, and select/open the committee.  Click the Members tab, then export to Excel.  By default, all inactive member will be sorted together at the bottom, and you can delete the active users.

The only other option would be a custom report, as the Data Export/Reporting Tool does not have a Committee-specific view that includes the "Inactive" committee member field.

  • Is there a way to add a date range to the Committee Roster report. Currently it gives me all dates and I really need to have a report that show me a period of time that I can specify.
