Receiving the following error message when attempting to run any report:
WebLink Connect is unable to launch the required .DLL files for Crystal Reports
1. Download the installer from the following location: Link
i. When prompted, choose to save the file to your computer. Run the Crystal reports installer once the download has completed.
2. Log back into WebLink Connect and run the report.
