How do I edit the information in a profile?
A profile contains a wide range of information, from basic contact info to past payments to event attendance. While all of these can be edited, each tab in the Profile Browser has its own instructions, reviewed throughout this Knowledge Base (for example, updating a member's billing record is reviewed in the Revenue section).
However, basic information on the General and Details tabs of the Profile Browser can easily be edited directly on the tab itself. Click in the field you want to change, type in your change or hit your backspace to delete the data, and the click the Save button at the top of the profile.
