Add benefits to multiple profiles at once

If you need to add Benefits outside of the Membership Level Management assignment process (click here for more details), you can do so in the Benefit Management screen. 

  1. Go to Profiles > Benefit Management (this page is in the browser version of WebLink only).
  2. Use the search tools to find the Profile(s) to which you would like to assign the benefit. You can search by profile name in the keyword search, or search by profile data, billing data, or affiliation code.
  3. In your search results, check the boxes to select the profiles to which you would like to assign the benefit, or click the Select All checkbox at the top of the grid (this will select profiles from all pages).
  4. From the Actions drop-down, select "Add a benefit to selected profiles" and click the arrow to execute.

  5. In the window that appears, select the Benefit name from the drop-down.
  6. Enter a Quantity that each selected profile will receive. The Total Value field will automatically update, or you can manually enter the value for the benefit for a full year of membership.
  7. Determine when the benefit expires:
  • If you would like the benefit to expire on the same month/day as the member's Dues billing record in the following year, choose "Use dues billing anchor month/day."
  • If you want the benefit to expire on the same date for all selected members, choose Use Specific Date and enter it in the field available.
  • If the benefit should renew annually with their membership, check Renew Annually.

Click Save
