I am not receiving email notifications from WebLink or WebLink forms

Issue: A member signed up at our online join application and we did not receive an email like we usually do?

Resolution: Have you looked in your 'spam'/'junk' folder? If you are using Office 365, there is a 'Clutter' folder that they might be in as well.

If you have checked both of these and it isn't there, please contact your IT team and have them see if there are any emails that are stuck on the server due to any filters that may have caused them to not go through. You should also have your IT team check to make sure your anti-virus isn't blocking the email.


  • It appears I have not received a job input notification email since June 5. There are several jobs waiting for approval that I had no idea about. There are no emails in my SPAM folder. Please let me know when this has been resolved.

  • FYI, Response ID 249 was manually approved today by me after a member notified me that their job had not yet been posted.
